For orders placed on sdchildren.com, SD Children accept returns within 30 days of your receipt of shipping confirmation. In order for your return to be accepted, the item must be unworn, unscratched, unused, unstained and tagged.Please note that special items marked as FINAL SALE or other promotional items are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges or credits
At this time, SD Children only accept exchanges for defective or faulty products. Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
Note that Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable, and buyers are responsible for return shipping on all returns except for the faulty product. All returns must first be officially authorized and approved,then must be returned following the instructions provided.
Return procedure To return an item, please follow the steps below: The first and indispensable step is to contact us via Contact and follow the prompts of the Customer Service to obtain the product return authorization number(RA#) and return form Return by Mail – Place the item you are returning in its original packaging and include the original invoice detailing the reason for the return. Please send items to the address below for customer service attention. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service Department within 7 days and provide the order number and item number from your original confirmation email so a representative can assist you with your return. Returned items will be credited to the original form of payment. You may place an order for the replacement item(s) however, availability of replacement item(s) is not guaranteed. If there is extensive damage to the package upon delivery, contact a Customer Service Representative immediately at Contact. Please have your order number available when you call. Refund policy Please allow 2-3 business days for your returned item to be inspected.Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method, but not shipping costs. Your card will be credited within 7-15 days of our receipt of the return item. Items not returned in like new condition will be subject to a 15 % restocking fee.A refund confirmation email will be sent detailing your refund after your return has been processed by returns department.
